Probationary Status
Probationary Gaul Membership last for 15 days. During this time you will walk under our banner as a probationary member.
Upon completion of the 15-day probationary period, Gaul leadership (3) plus 2 (or more) random, rotating members form a Ring to decide upon inducting a probationary member into the clan permanently or continue their status as a probationary member.
The π‘ represents one probationary period. The number of π‘'s represents the number of probationary periods served.
Full Membership Status
After a pilot completes the probationary period it should be realized that their pkacement as a member of Gaul remains conditional on the furthering maintenance of the clan requirements.
One of Gauls many strengths is the close-knit nature and camaraderie of the unit that in part is reinforced by a presence in the individual chat groups and postings on the Gaul Wall.
Clan Chat(s)
Each separate Gail Unit has its own FB chat thats exclusive to its members intended for use in coordinating battles and furthering camaraderie.
Gaul Wall
The Gaul Wall is a members only secret group where ALL Gaul pilots, despite wether a member of the IOS or Android platform, is intended to share knowledge on gameplay, posting battle pics, Match stats or even videos related to WWR or any other information you would like to share.
Ring
Is a temporary conclave of random Gaul members (usually numbering 3,5 or 7.
Rings can be called to decide upon completion of a members probationary status, promotions, appointments, LONE STAR recognitions and disciplinary actions.
A vote of 2 of 3, 4 of 5 or 5 of 7 needs to be reached to determine the particular recognition. The member who calls for a Ring is NOT eligible for voting unless it is a disciplinary or probationary case in which case Gaul Command will redefine the process and its parameters on a case to case basis.
Disciplinary actions can range from being placed on Probationary status or dismissal from GAUL.
ALPHA 'βΆ' (10613)
Is an internal sub-group/squad in 10613 dedicated for development of tactical fighting skills on a smaller scale with each ALPHA member intending to eventually field their own squad spreading ALPHA tactics.
Its a 'each one-teach one' way of organization and dissemination of battle proven tactics.
Ranking Structure (13374)
The Android version of GAUL has a ranking system based on a structure similar to the US Army. Ranks start at PRIVATE then proceed onward from SERGEANT, STAFF SERGEANT to leadership positions of LIEUTENANT (Leading squads of 6) and CAPTAIN. Some members may have special rank such as SUPPLY SERGEANT.
